We would like to inform you that our cleaning team conducts a thorough inspection after each stay to identify any missing or damaged items.
In case of an issue, Chalets Confort and the owner will be notified. The tenant must report any breakage or damage that occurs during their stay. The tenant is responsible for any material or bodily damage caused inside or outside the rental property during the stay. The tenant and anyone on-site release the owner from any liability related to damages they may be responsible for.
The tenant agrees to respect the neighbors and residents of the area by maintaining a reasonable noise level inside and outside the property. After 11:00 PM, noise must be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.
Conditions :
The chalet is strictly non-smoking. Upon departure, waste must be disposed of in the designated areas. Only the individuals listed in the reservation are permitted to stay. Failure to comply with the rules or conditions may result in additional fees. Pets are allowed under certain conditions. To book this chalet, you must be at least 28 years old and provide valid identification.
