The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to maximize space, featuring a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds, and a convenient queen Murphy bed located in the living area.

Each condo spans approximately 1,300 sq. ft. of living space, blending functionality with relaxation. Guests can enjoy a complete kitchen for home-cooked meals, a dedicated dining room, and a cozy living room centered around a fireplace. The private balcony allows you to immerse yourself in the ocean air, while the jetted tub provides a serene sanctuary for unwinding after a day of exploring the beach.

Located in the heart of Seaside, Oregon, these units place you in a prime position to enjoy the local coastline and the natural scenery of the Pacific Northwest. The area is renowned for its scenic vistas and the peaceful atmosphere of the shore.

To ensure a smooth stay, please note the following practical information and rules. The resort requires a photo ID and a credit or debit card deposit upon check-in; this deposit is refundable at departure provided the condo is maintained. The primary guest named on the reservation must be the individual checking in, and changing a guest name incurs a fee of $130, which is subject to change.

Parking is provided in the parking garage for two vehicles, though all vehicles must be under 7 feet in height to fit. Please be aware that street parking is not permitted. Additionally, per city ordinance, the maximum occupancy of 8 people must not be exceeded at any time; this includes all visitors, children, and infants. WiFi is available for an additional fee. Pets are not allowed on the premises.
