Practical Guidelines:

• Guest Limit: Local bylaws restrict occupancy to a maximum of 8 guests over the age of 10. Groups of 10 are only permitted if at least 2 guests are under 10 years old.
• Safety: The shoreline is not fenced, and walkout doors provide direct access to the pool; children must be supervised at all times and wear life jackets.
• House Rules: Pets are not allowed. Please respect the privacy of the full-time tenant in the separate dwelling on the west side of the property by not using their surrounding lawn or parking in front of their home. Fire pit use is seasonal and requires pre-approval via an automated telephone service. Guests must adhere to all local noise by-laws.
