About Property

Escape to a tranquil stay at Silly Creek Cottage, a serene waterfront retreat in Providenciales, Caicos Islands. Perfectly positioned between the turquoise ocean and the peaceful lagoons of Chalk Sound National Park, this inviting getaway offers a rare combination of privacy, stunning scenery, and a slower island pace, making it an ideal tropical escape for couples, small families, or a group of friends.

The cottage is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a total of 2 beds. The primary bedroom serves as a peaceful sanctuary with a king-size bed and quality linens, opening directly onto a terrace where you can enjoy uninterrupted lagoon views from cushioned sun loungers. For additional guests, the living room sofa converts into a queen-size bed, allowing the home to comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

Inside, the bright living area features large windows that frame views of the ocean and the Silly Creek peninsula, complete with a flat-screen TV and a home theater system for quiet moments indoors. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essentials needed for home-cooked meals, while a stylish dining table by the window and a breakfast bar with two stools offer pleasant spots for shared meals or remote work.

Outdoor living is a highlight of this property. A path leads from the cottage to the water's edge, where you will find a private outdoor shower, a unique shipwreck-style deck, and a tiny beach area (which may disappear at high tide). While the immediate water is too shallow for swimming, the home provides a private pool for refreshing dips. For those seeking adventure, kayaks and a paddleboard are available to explore nearby secluded beaches and lagoons.

Located in a peaceful national park, this hideaway is just a bit off the beaten path. While it offers a quiet atmosphere, you are close enough to enjoy everything the destination has to offer, from beachfront eateries to upscale restaurants. Please note that a vehicle is required to reach stores and island attractions.
