- Smoking is strictly prohibited; a zero tolerance policy is in place with a minimum charge of 200 euros for violations
- Municipal tourism tax: €3.00 per person, per night for guests over 13 (up to 7 consecutive nights)
- Late check-outs may result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate per hour, up to one day)
- Key replacement or lockout fees apply (lockout charge of €40 after 7 PM)
- Long-term stays (28+ nights): Utility limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV; excesses are paid by the guest
- Monthly property inspections by host staff may occur upon request
- Optional services: Airport transfer and breakfast delivery are available upon request (prices on request)

Treat the apartment and its items with care, as if it were your own. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment. Respecting neighbors:
No loud noise is allowed before 9am or after 10pm.
If there are 2 people and you need the sofa bed made, it must be requested before your check-in (price on request), otherwise we will assume that you are a couple and we will only make the bedroom bed.
Respect the check in and check out times:
• Check-in: from 3:30 pm to midnight. Please provide a check-in at least 24 hours before your arrival. If you need to store your luggage (from 12:00 pm), please let us know in advance.
• Check-out: until 10 am. (If available, we'd love to offer a late check-out.)
Please take care of the decor items, furniture, towels / linens and other equipment of the apartment. Any questions about the handling of appliances and equipment of the apartment do not hesitate to contact us.
Leave all electrical appliances off, make sure the water taps are not open, and close all doors and windows before check-out.
We ask guests to leave the dishes and kitchen clean and empty the trash, there is always a garbage dump on the nearby street.
The apartment is cleaned prior to each arrival. Please keep the apartment tidy and clean as reasonably possible throughout the time of your occupation. If you require extra cleaning during your stay, please contact us - we will arrange for an additional charge.
The person who made the reservation will be responsible for any problems during the stay.
