For those who love the water, the property is a paradise with eight integrated water works. The centerpiece is a huge resort pool featuring waterfalls, a grotto, swim-up bars with submerged benches, and Hawaiian Palapa shades. Surrounded by 38 tall palm trees, the beach entry creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a Hawaiian sojourn. Additionally, the compound offers a second pool that serves as a unique combination swim and Koi fish pool.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the five kitchens located throughout the grounds, including a high-level professional chef's kitchen and a professional wine cellar capable of holding 3,000 bottles.
