The layout includes a living room that opens onto a private balcony, providing a serene spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing. House Rules: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property; violations will result in a minimum fee of €200. To respect the neighbors, loud noise is prohibited before 9:00 AM and after 10:00 PM. Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur additional charges. For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, a utility cap of €190 applies to water, electricity, and internet/TV expenses.
