This studio unit features one king bed and one bathroom, perfectly suited for 2 guests. For your convenience, the space is equipped with a mini fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and a 2-burner cooktop, allowing you to prepare simple meals during your stay.

Guests have full access to an array of resort amenities to enhance their stay:

• The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID.
• A $100 refundable damage deposit is required at check-in via credit or debit card.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Smoking is prohibited on the property and is subject to a $300 fine.
• Parking is available at no additional charge; however, the resort cannot accommodate RVs or trailers.

Please note that this is a timeshare resort; while you may be asked to attend a presentation, it is not required. Units are assigned by the resort, so specific views or floor locations cannot be guaranteed, and decor may vary slightly from photos due to updates.
