HOUSE RULES

Welcome! Please help us keep the home clean, comfortable, and respectful for everyone.

By booking this property, you agree to follow these House Rules and are responsible for making sure everyone in your group follows them.

Guests

Only guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

Daytime visitors are welcome, but overnight guests must be included on the reservation.

Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the property.

No Parties or Events

No parties, events, receptions, or large gatherings are allowed.

Quiet Hours

This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Please keep music, televisions, conversations, vehicles, and outdoor activity at a reasonable volume.

No Pets

No pets are allowed unless approved in writing or otherwise required by applicable law.

Unauthorized pets may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

No Smoking

Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home.

Please smoke outside in the designated area, at least 10 feet away from the house, doors, and windows.

Please use the provided ashtray.

No Illegal Drugs

Illegal drugs and illegal drug activity are prohibited anywhere on the property.

Shoes

Please remove your shoes while inside the home.

Oilfield Clothing

Do not place oilfield clothing, greasy work clothes, or heavily soiled clothing on furniture, beds, or upholstered surfaces.

Do not wash or dry oilfield clothing in the property's washer or dryer.

Please use a commercial laundry facility such as Bubba's Bubbles for oilfield clothing.

Washer and Dryer

The shared washer and dryer are located at the bottom of the stairs near Unit 4. Go down the stairs and turn left.

Cost: $1.00 per wash $1.00 per dry

The machines require quarters.

Please wipe down the washer after use and clean the dryer lint tray after each cycle.

Do not use the machines for oilfield, oily, greasy, or heavily soiled work clothes.

BBQ Grill

After using the BBQ:

Scrape the grill clean Turn it off completely Allow it to cool Replace the cover once it is cool

Parking

Please park only in the designated parking stall for your unit.

Stall numbers are marked in front of each parking space.

Do not block neighboring stalls, driveways, sidewalks, or access areas.

Trash

Your garbage can is marked with your unit number.

Trash pickup is early Wednesday morning.

If you are staying Tuesday night, please take your garbage can to the curb Tuesday evening.

Please bring the can back to its designated location Wednesday evening.

Before checkout, place all household garbage in your designated outdoor bin.

No Confetti or Glitter

No confetti, glitter, artificial snow, metallic table scatter, or similar decorations.

Additional cleaning charges may apply if these materials are used.

No Tape or Wall Attachments

Do not use tape, nails, screws, staples, glue, thumbtacks, or adhesive products on walls, doors, ceilings, cabinets, furniture, or trim.

Guests are responsible for damage caused by decorations or adhesives.

No Commercial Activities

No commercial photography, filming, business events, classes, sales, meetings, product shoots, or other commercial activities without prior written approval.

Exterior Security Cameras

Exterior security cameras are in place for safety and property security.

Cameras may monitor entrances, parking areas, driveways, walkways, and other exterior areas.

There are no cameras inside private living areas.

Do not cover, disconnect, block, disable, move, or tamper with security cameras.

Damage

Accidents happen.

If something is damaged, broken, stained, or not working properly, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of it.

Guests may be responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Excessive Cleaning

The cleaning fee covers normal cleaning after a normal stay.

Additional cleaning charges may apply for excessive messes, grease or oilfield residue, smoke odors, pet hair, stains, excessive garbage, confetti, glitter, or other unusual cleaning.

Extended Stays

For stays of 14 days or longer, a light maintenance cleaning is required approximately every 14 days.

Guests must keep the property reasonably clean between scheduled cleanings.

We provide starter supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, and similar items. For extended stays, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the starter supply is used.

Checkout

Before leaving:

Take out the garbage Wash and put away used dishes Return moved items to their original places Remove personal belongings Make sure the front door is locked

You do not need to strip the beds or clean the floors.
