This cozy dwelling is configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, providing a peaceful sanctuary for up to 4 guests. The layout is designed for those seeking a rustic experience, as the sleeping quarters are housed within a tipi tent. Please note that the full bathroom is not located inside the tipi but is situated in a separate building on the property; however, the bathrooms are heated and provide hot water for your comfort.

Embrace the outdoors in your own private sitting area behind the tipi, where Ponderosa pines provide refreshing shade. Whether you are looking to relax in a private hammock, grill burgers on a gas grill, or unwind by an evening fire, this space is designed for pure relaxation. To help with airflow, a big box fan is provided within the tent.

Located at the southern end of the Black Hills, you are perfectly positioned for adventure. A short drive will take you to iconic destinations including The Mammoth Site, Wind Cave, Mount Rushmore, and Custer State Park, as well as local hot springs.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Temperature: There is no heat or AC in the tipi. Guests are encouraged to check the weather six days prior to arrival and prepare accordingly, as moisture or cold air may permeate the exterior.
• Pets: No pets allowed due to host allergies. Violations will result in a $200 charge plus cleaning fees. Only trained service animals are permitted under the ADA; please notify the host in advance to arrange appropriate cleaning. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not permitted.
• Cancellation: No refunds are provided within five days of the reservation for weather or personal schedule changes.
