Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable fee of $100 for up to two dogs (max 30 lbs each); cats and other animals are not permitted. Please note that HOA regulations strictly prohibit on-street parking. Small trailers are permitted, provided they fit within designated parking areas. For owner maintenance, one locked closet remains inaccessible.
