The third bedroom is located downstairs and also features a queen-sized bed; please note that this specific room does not have a door, as it was previously converted from a living room.

To ensure a pleasant stay year-round, the home is equipped with through-the-wall AC and cove electric heat. Outside, guests can enjoy an asphalt driveway for easy parking and a large fenced backyard featuring a mature apple tree.
