The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed with a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom, complemented by a high-quality West Elm sleeper sofa in the living room that converts into a second queen bed. For those traveling with a small group, the space is thoughtfully laid out with a living room, a full bathroom featuring a marble vanity, and a full kitchen.

Inside, you will find premium details such as a glass front wall providing a magnificent view of the majestic Chisos Mountains. The full kitchen comes equipped with a cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and a pour-over coffee maker to start your mornings right. Outside, a wrap-around deck on three sides offers a space for relaxation, featuring a covered pergola with louvers, a hammock, and Adirondack chairs. A private fire pit with four benches allows you to enjoy one of the best stargazing experiences in the world.

Guests also enjoy access to a huge shared clubhouse, which is an excellent way to have indoor fun. This amenity-rich hub includes a professional pool table, air hockey, foosball, retro arcades, and darts. For relaxation, a barrel sauna is available for dry or wet use to soothe sore muscles after hiking. Perfectly positioned on Hwy 170, the property is centrally located just 5 minutes from the entrance of Big Bend National Park and the historic Ghost Town. The surrounding area offers vast empty spaces and unrestricted views of Santa Elena Canyon and the nearby mountains, making a car essential for exploring.

• EV charging is available for an additional $30 fee per night
• A 5th guest can be accommodated on a floor mattress for an extra $35 per night (space will be tight)
• Please keep interior lights to a minimum and use curtains to preserve the night sky for all guests
