The layout is designed for comfort and efficiency, featuring 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom provides a full-size bed, while the sleeping loft contains two twin beds. Please note that the sleeping loft has a very low ceiling and is best suited for children. The cabin also includes a cozy living room and a small kitchen to ensure you have the conveniences of home during your stay.

While the structured amenities list is minimal, the cabin's interior details provide plenty of comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, range, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, along with all the necessary pots, pans, plates, and silverware. For entertainment, there is a small TV with a built-in DVD player, though you will likely spend your time on the porch gazing at the stars and the flowing creek. The space is kept comfortable year-round with two mini-split air conditioning systems for cooling and heating.

Location is one of the cabin's greatest strengths. It is perfectly situated between the Terlingua Ghost Town and Big Bend National Park, providing quick and easy access to the Rio Grande River and Big Bend Ranch State Park.
