The home is thoughtfully configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 bed, though it can accommodate up to 3 guests. The private bedroom features a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and blackout curtains, along with large southeast-facing windows that allow you to view the surrounding mountains and sunrises from the comfort of your bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, a twin bed is located in the hallway alcove. A small desk is also provided in the bedroom, serving as a dedicated workspace.

Inside, the main house offers an open dining and living area illuminated by three large north-facing windows. The full kitchen is equipped with an oven, electric range, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster, crock pot, and blender. To enhance your stay, the home includes firestick smart televisions in both the living area and bedroom, as well as a variety of books about the area and a collection of games including chess and dominoes.

Step outside to experience spectacular 360-degree mountain and desert views. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation, featuring an inviting covered porch, multiple seating areas, and sturdy Adirondack chairs surrounding a wood-burning fire pit. A charcoal BBQ grill and a picnic table are also available, along with an American Washers game for entertainment.

Located in Terlingua Ranch, you are just 20 minutes away from the entrance to Big Bend National Park and the historic Terlingua Ghost Town. The property is conveniently accessed via a paved county road.
