For added convenience and privacy, the bedrooms are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a large Saltillo tile shower.

The interior blends modern comfort with spacious Southwestern style, showcasing high ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and Saltillo tile floors. The heart of the home is an open-concept living area and a modern kitchen boasting an amazing granite-topped island and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. To ensure a comfortable stay year-round, the living room and bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled central air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

Located a half mile from the nearest neighbor, the property offers sublime quiet and solitude. Guests can enjoy pristine views of the Chisos Mountains and Big Bend National Park from the eastern ridge. The surrounding Terlingua Ranch is a rugged and scenic private subdivision of over 190,000 acres, characterized by a bizarre mix of old and new, from abandoned ruins to stunning modern designs.

You are perfectly positioned for West Texas adventures. Terlingua Ranch Headquarters and the Bad Rabbit Cafe are only two miles away. To the south, you will find the Terlingua Ghost Town and the south entrance to Big Bend National Park (about 50 minutes away), as well as the Big Bend Ranch State Park.
