The Ranch House is designed for comfort and group gatherings, with a maximum occupancy of seven guests. The layout features three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom provides a king bed and a private bathroom, the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Guests will find brand new beds and linens throughout the home.

Unique features of the property include an enclosed Bar Porch with three screened archways, providing a versatile space to relax and share meals in virtually any weather. For those seeking entertainment or a quiet spot for wildlife viewing, the private Game Shack is a rustic outbuilding connected by a semi-enclosed breezeway. This space overlooks a feeding and watering area where mule deer and javelina are commonly seen in herds of over a dozen. The Game Shack is equipped with tables, chairs, games, and a large drink cooler, making it an ideal spot for night owls to unwind without disturbing others in the main house.

Located within the eclectic Terlingua Ranch subdivision, the property is nestled between Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park. This region is a bizarre and beautiful mix of old and new, characterized by breathtaking badlands, ancient volcanoes, and a history tied to racing legend Carroll Shelby and the world-famous chili cook-offs. The ranch is approximately a 45-minute drive to the west entrance of Big Bend National Park.
