A $100 fee applies for each half-hour past the 10AM checkout time without prior approval. The fireplace is unavailable April 1st through October 1st. Four-wheel drive is recommended during winter conditions, and travel insurance is strongly suggested as refunds cannot be provided for weather-related circumstances. An exterior security camera monitors the driveway and front entrance area.
