About Property

Discover the ultimate mountain getaway at Sunrise Peak, a beautiful luxury cabin nestled within a private, gated community in Townsend, Tennessee. Set on acres of Smoky Mountain seclusion, this estate offers stunning mountain views and an inviting atmosphere perfect for large family gatherings or group retreats.

The home is designed for comfort and connection, featuring 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 16 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across three levels: the main level hosts a spacious bedroom with a King bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower; the upper level provides three additional bedrooms (two with King beds and one with a Queen bed); and the lower level contains a King bedroom and a room with Queen/Queen bunk beds. For extra flexibility, the home also includes a sleeper sofa on the lower level and a sleeper futon on the upper level.

Inside, you will find an open floor plan where the living area and modern kitchen reside on the same level. The living space is anchored by a cozy gas fireplace and large windows that flood the room with natural light. The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and a bar area for casual dining. Entertainment is abundant, with a dedicated movie theater room, a game room featuring a pool table and arcade games, and Smart TVs throughout for streaming and DirecTV.

Outdoor living is just as impressive, with back decks featuring outdoor seating and a gas BBQ grill for cookouts, as well as a relaxing outdoor hot tub on the lowest level. Guests also enjoy access to seasonal community amenities, including a swimming pool and a catch-and-release fishing pond located less than 5 minutes away.

Located just 3.9 miles from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, you are a short drive from the attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The drive to the cabin is convenient, with paved roads and no steep mountain climbs.
