No smoking or drug use. No parties. No unregistered guests at property unless approved by the host. Quiet hours are between 10pm to 8am. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Please report any accidental breakages before checking out. If damage to the property or its contents exceeds the security deposit, the cost to repair will be billed to the guest. No Pets Allowed - We love pets. However, due to allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets at the property. We appreciate your understanding. Exterior Security Camera Notice Just a heads up, we have an exterior security camera monitoring the exterior of the house for safety purposes. We want to ensure you are aware of this and are happy to address any concerns or questions you may have. We do not have a camera on the hot tub area.

HOT TUB RULES For your safety and comfort, please follow these hot tub rules: Shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub. Enter and exit the hot tub slowly. No glass containers in or near the hot tub. No jumping or diving into the hot tub. No food in the hot tub. Always keep your head above water. Do not use alcohol, recreational drugs, or medications while in the hot tub. Pregnant women and elderly guests should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. Children must be always supervised by an adult. Do not put your head under water. Long hair should be tied up in a ponytail. No children under the age of 12 are permitted in the hot tub. Limit use to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entering. Guests with heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or any other serious health condition should consult a doctor before using the hot tub. No street clothes in the hot tub. Turn off jets when exiting the hot tub. Always replace the cover after each use. Do not sit or lie on the hot tub cover.

If guests leave the hot tub in a state of poor condition, a $300.00 drain and fill charge will be applied.
ALL USERS OF THE HOT TUB DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES: A. CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN CHECK OUT TIME B. All furniture should be returned to its original location. C. Please put trash in the pink garbage box at top of the driveway. D. Place dishes, utensils, etc. in dishwasher and turn it on when you depart. E. Please lock property as instructed.

If at any time there are extra unregistered guests, a party, or any illegal activity suspected, the penalty will be eviction without notice, withholding of the damage deposit, and fines.
