The second floor continues the comfort with a primary bedroom featuring a queen bed, TV, and an open deck with a pond view. This level also hosts a full bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combo. Additionally, the second floor contains the third bedroom with two twin beds, a separate full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and a small deck offering a distant bay view. A laundry closet is conveniently located in the hallway.

Located on the northern end of the peninsula adjacent to the State Park, the Barrier Dunes community provides wonderful amenities. Guests are just a short walk from one of the community pools and the playground. The gated community also features a gulf-front pool with a clubhouse, tennis courts, and pet stations.
