For those who love to cook, the well-equipped kitchen includes gas cooking, a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, kettle, toaster, and a coffee pod machine. The adjacent dining area provides ample space to seat 8 people.

Step through the glass sliding doors to an undercover entertaining area featuring a BBQ and outdoor furniture, ideal for spending quality time with loved ones. The property also includes a grassed area that is fully fenced from the water's edge for added peace of mind.

Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized across four bedrooms:

• Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, wall-mounted TV, split system, walk-in robe, and ensuite
• Bedroom Two: Double size bed and built-in robes
• Bedroom Three: Queen size bed and built-in robes
• Bedroom Four: Tri bunk bed (double on bottom, single on top) and built-in robes

The layout is completed by a main bathroom with a separate bath, shower, and basin, a separate toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine.

For adventure seekers, the property provides one kayak and one paddleboard; please note that guests must bring their own lifejackets to ensure a correct fit. Parking is convenient with a double garage for undercover storage and additional off-street parking in the driveway.
