Sleeping arrangements are designed for maximum comfort: the main level features a Primary King Suite, while the upper level hosts a Queen Suite and a second King Suite. The lower level offers a Bunk Suite with two Full beds, and for additional flexibility, a new Queen-sized, self-inflating EZ bed is available.

Guests can enjoy several high-end details throughout the home, including a modern kitchen perfect for preparing hearty mountain meals and sweeping views visible from the private decks. After a day of exploring, you can unwind in the brand new private hot tub.

Situated above the town of Fraser, the location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. You are approximately 2 miles from the dining and shopping of Downtown Winter Park and only 4 miles from the Winter Park Ski Resort. For added convenience during the winter months, the property is located on the free winter bus shuttle route.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and check-out by 10:00 AM. Parking is plentiful, with space for two vehicles in the heated garage and an additional two spaces in the driveway. To maintain the tranquility of the upscale complex, quiet hours begin daily at 8:00 PM; we kindly ask that you respect the year-round neighbors.

Please be aware that pets are not allowed. Nightly minimums vary by season, ranging from 2 nights during off-peak times to 5 nights during peak holidays such as Christmas, New Years, MLK Weekend, and the height of Summer. Shorter stays may be considered as dates approach or for midweek bookings.
