This home features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests. The master bedroom is designed for comfort with a queen bed and a beautiful walk-in shower ensuite. The second bedroom also provides a queen bed, with convenient hallway access to a full-size bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.

Inside, the living space is bathed in sunshine through plenty of windows, offering stunning scenery and the refreshing scent of pine trees on a mountain breeze. For cozy evenings, you can settle in by the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace with a bowl of popcorn and a movie. The full-service kitchen is well-equipped for family meals, featuring an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, and coffee maker, along with all necessary cookware and basic staples. For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use.

Outside, you will fall in love with the deck area, where you can relax with an early morning cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over Longs Peak and observing the local wildlife.

Located just 2.5 miles from downtown Estes Park, you are minutes away from plentiful shopping and a variety of restaurants. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Lily Lake area hiking trails are easily accessible down the road without needing to drive through town. Please note that as this home is in a residential neighborhood, some road noise may be present.
