Designed for get-togethers and family memories, the home features a thoughtful layout with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The main bedroom provides a restful queen bed, while the guest bedroom is ideal for children with a bunkbed (full bottom and twin top). For additional sleeping flexibility, a queen sofa sleeper is located in the living room. The hall bathroom includes a spacious shower equipped with a built-in seat.

Inside, the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area are crowned with vaulted pine ceilings and a large picture window that allows you to enjoy the scenery from the comfort of the indoors. Guests can cozy up next to the wood-burning fireplace to reminisce over hot cocoa after a day of exploration.

The full-service kitchen is well-appointed with a microwave, electric range, dishwasher, toaster, crock pot, and coffee maker, along with all necessary cookware and utensils. For your convenience, the home also includes a full-size washer and dryer.

Located just three-and-a-half miles from the Beaver Meadows entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, you are perfectly placed for hiking and wildlife spotting. Downtown Estes Park and the famous Stanley Hotel are less than five miles away. For those seeking adventure, the area offers rafting, horseback riding, rock climbing, and Jeep rentals.
