The upstairs offers a rustic and secluded bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, workspace, and incredible city views, alongside a second upstairs bedroom with a king bed styled in olive green and natural wood tones. Downstairs, you will find a massive bedroom with two queen beds and a cozy, secluded basement bedroom that captures the same amazing views found throughout the property.

Designed for groups who want the ultimate mountain experience without ever leaving home, the property is packed with entertainment and comfort. The interior boasts an open-concept living room filled with natural light, a renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops, and a dining table that seats 10. The basement is a true highlight, featuring a game room with a full-size arcade machine and a miniature soccer field in the converted garage.

Outside, the experience continues with a brand new hot tub, a modern fire pit for eight with dual patio heaters, and a large patio. The home serves as an excellent base for adventure, located just minutes from the MS Food Mart and a short drive to Red Rocks Amphitheater, various hiking trails, and the nearby mountain towns.

• Rules: No pets allowed. Smoking of any kind is strictly forbidden on the property and carries a minimum fine of $1,000. Please be respectful of neighbors; excessively noisy parties will be shut down.
• Note: This is a mountain home and does not have AC; fans are provided. 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months. For safety, exterior cameras and interior noise detection software (which cannot record audio) are installed. Excessive trash removal may incur a fee of $20 to $50.
