The top floor features a primary bedroom with a plush king bed and its own ensuite bathroom. Also on the third level, the second bedroom offers a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The entry-level hosts the third bedroom, which includes a twin bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed, complete with its own ensuite bathroom. For additional guests, the living room provides a cozy full-size sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress.

At the heart of the home on the second floor, you will find the open-plan main living area. This space includes a dining area and a living room where you can relax on the sectional sleeper sofa, enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV, or cozy up by the gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary tools for preparing delicious meals. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the home.

Practical Details: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests must be comfortable with stairs as the home spans three levels. Please note there is no air conditioning, as mountain summers remain temperate. AWD or 4WD vehicles are required from November through April. House rules strictly prohibit pets, parties, and smoking. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. An early check-in fee of $30 applies based on availability. Guests do not have access to the mailbox for deliveries.
