The layout features 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, and 2 bathrooms, including a full bath with a convenient combo shower and tub. The bedrooms are located on the main level, providing easy access to the rest of the home. One bedroom offers a cozy nook with a small couch for reading, while the other provides a serene ambiance with bedside lamps and natural light.

The interior is defined by a bright and airy kitchen, fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and sink, alongside a dining area that seats 4 at a gorgeous table. The spacious living area is bathed in daylight from expansive windows and features a cozy remote-controlled fireplace and a high-definition TV with a Roku entertainment system. For added convenience, a separate laundry area with a washer and dryer combo is located next to the kitchen.

• Pets: Dog-friendly with a $50 deep cleaning fee. Please keep pets on a leash due to local wildlife and clean up after them.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home or near entryways. Violations result in immediate removal without refund and a $350 cleaning fee.
