Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the property, and a $500 fee will be sought for violations. We ask that you be considerate of neighbors with no noise after 10:30 PM and ensure no undeclared guests are on the premises. We kindly request that you report any damages, even small ones like a broken cup, before your departure.
