This comfy modern condo is designed for relaxation and adventure. The layout consists of 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. For sleeping arrangements, guests can enjoy a king bed and a pull-out couch with a full bed, all outfitted with comfy linens.

While the property is a studio, it is packed with high-end room details to ensure an exceptional stay. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a gas range. For entertainment, the space includes a 55” 4K Smart TV and high-speed internet (500 Mbps). Guests have access to a private balcony with breathtaking mountain views, as well as a large private patio and a rooftop common area with seating. Convenience is key with keyless entry, elevator access, an in-unit washer and dryer with detergent, and a private garage parking spot. Additional touches include a Keurig with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, a Pack N Play, games, puzzles, and folding chairs for lake visits.

The Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater is situated right across from the condo.
