Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. To maintain the peace of the mountain community, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM; violations may result in a $300 fee. Pets are not allowed unless prior written approval is granted, as unauthorized pets incur a $300 fee plus $50 per night.

Strict safety regulations are in place: smoking and vaping are prohibited anywhere on the property (Violation Fee: $1,000), and parties or excessive gatherings are not permitted (Violation Fee: $500). Due to high wildfire risk and Colorado state bans, wood-burning fires are absolutely prohibited, with a minimum fine of $1,000 for violations. For guest safety and occupancy compliance, two exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and front entry door 24/7.
