This cozy retreat features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a queen-sized bed with a comfy mattress in the first bedroom, and a second bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed paired with a twin-sized bunk. For additional guests or "littles," the living area includes a leather couch and a full-sized queen sofa sleeper.

Designed for relaxation, the interior boasts an old-fashioned wood-burning fireplace, a 48" Smart TV, and large windows that frame peaceful views of the river. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for any meal, featuring a gas range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, blender, Keurig, and a traditional coffee maker. For dining, the space offers bar seating for five.

• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Well-behaved pets are welcome (potty-trained, non-aggressive, under 60 lbs., and non-shedding)
• Restrictions: For the privacy of the caretaker and cabin keepers, please avoid the "shop" area of the property
• Cancellation: 100% refund (less a $50 taxable fee) if cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival; no refund within 14 days
