• Pets: Allowed with a $50 deep cleaning fee. Please keep pets leashed and clean up after them due to local wildlife.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the home or near entryways. Violations result in immediate removal without refund and a $350 fee.
• Noise: As the upper-level unit of a duplex, guests are kindly asked to be mindful of noise, particularly at night, to ensure peace for the unit below.
• Note: The shared hot tub is currently out of service.
