The property features a unique layout consisting of a single-level main house and a completely detached casita. The main house provides 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, while the detached casita adds a fifth bedroom and a fourth full bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a Primary King Suite with a private en suite and double-sink vanity, a Queen Suite with its own private en suite, a fourth bedroom with a Queen bed, and a third bedroom featuring two twin beds and a desk. The casita serves as a cozy bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

Inside the main home, the comfortable living area is anchored by exposed beams, wood ceilings, and a double-sided wood-burning fireplace that also warms the kitchen and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a dedicated coffee station with both Keurig and drip options. A large farmhouse dining table seats 10, making it a wonderful hub for group meals. For entertainment, the detached casita is an awesome addition, boasting a game room with a full-size pool table, arcade basketball, a dart board, and a high-top pub table, alongside its own kitchenette.

• House Rules: This home is subject to HOA guidelines; guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and mindful of outside noise. Please note that the Kokopelli Golf Club and pond are private property and club amenities are for property owners only.
