📝Rental Agreement📝 A signed Rental Agreement is required for this reservation. After booking, you will receive a request to review and electronically sign the agreement. This must be completed no later than 7 days after booking, or 3 days before your arrival date — whichever comes first. Reservations without a signed agreement by that deadline are subject to cancellation.

🔒Security Deposit🔒 A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for this reservation and is collected separately from your Airbnb total. The deposit covers any damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or rule violations occurring during your stay, and is released after checkout following a post-stay inspection.

🐶🐾Dogs are totally welcome (pups only, please)! Just be sure to add your furry friends to your reservation—there is a small pet fee. We allow up to 2 dogs, and both need to be declared. 💥💔We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately - if it's minor, we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue (e.g., the TV screen!), we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! 💥💔
