Guests are responsible for reviewing the House Rules prior to booking. Cancellations resulting from violation or ignorance of House Rules will result in a cancellation processing fee of AT LEAST $100.

Our House Rules may be viewed as strict or strongly worded, but we hope that these rules will be reassuring to the clientele that we aim to serve, and serve as an indication that we seek respectful guests only. If you read through these rules and have any questions or concerns, please contact us by emailing through the system before booking online.

All guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking and prior to occupying the property. Guests may also be required: to sign an additional document related to rules, regulations, and Guest liability for violations of rules & regulations; to provide additional information about the group that will occupy the property; to provide a damage deposit outside of or through the AirBNB system, which would be refunded based upon terms and conditions in the rental agreement; to provide a credit card that is valid during the term of the reservation. We will be in touch after you book to gather additional information and to email you the rental agreement, which you can sign electronically - a printer is not necessary.

Long Term Rentals (28 nights or more) are unacceptable under AirBNB’s “long term” cancellation policy. Long Term Rentals must be discussed and approved prior to booking online. A long term rental / lease agreement will be required. A Security Deposit will be required for all long term rentals, and mid-stay cleaning(s) / inspection(s) may be required.

If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not bother booking the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains in good condition, for your benefit. Please let us know if you have any concerns.
