Discover mountain lake enjoyment at its finest at this brand-new, secluded lake-front mountain home on Fontana Lake. Perfectly suited for families or a few couples, this 2,750 square foot retreat offers a spectacular wilderness experience just 25 minutes from downtown Bryson City.

The home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The layout includes a luxurious main-level master suite with its own private deck, a spacious bathroom with dual sinks, and a large walk-in shower. On the lower level, guests will find a second master with lake views and a private bathroom, as well as a third bedroom equipped with a full-size bunk bed and a pull-out trundle.

Designed for social connection, the main living area boasts soaring wood ceilings, large windows with breathtaking views, and a floor-to-ceiling stacked-stone fireplace. The roomy kitchen overlooks an open floor plan, creating a comfortable atmosphere for dining. For recreation, the downstairs living area includes a 55" TV with soundbar, mini foosball, and a sleeper sofa. Outdoor living is elevated by a large deck for socializing, a lower deck for intimate seating, and a patio featuring a fire pit and a hot tub. A private trail leads to a covered dock for swimming and boating; kayaks and stand-up paddle boards are provided for complimentary use.

Located in one of the most beautiful pristine lakefront wilderness areas in the southeast, the property provides access to the 30-mile-long Fontana Lake, bordered by the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and Nantahala National Forest. Guests can explore over 700 miles of trails by boat or visit Tsali's famous mountain bike trails.

• Road Conditions: 4WD and high-clearance vehicles are highly recommended due to pavement and gravel roads. No refunds are issued for inability to reach the cabin due to road conditions.
• Lake Note: Fontana Lake levels fluctuate; the dock is not floating for approximately 5 months of the year.
• Water Conservation: Please limit shower times and run washers/dishwashers sparingly.
• Wildlife: This is active bear country; please secure all food and garbage.
