Unit A offers a dining area, an open kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a bedroom with one double bed. Unit B complements this with its own living room area and kitchen featuring a double sofa bed, as well as a separate bedroom and a full bathroom. Each side of the apartment is equipped with its own bathroom and a comfy living room open to a well-supplied kitchen.

Practical Information: Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that non-agreed late check-outs incur a charge of 100€ per hour. Guests must self-register via the Chekin platform to provide ID/passports and pay the mandatory Parisian tourist tax (maximum 15.93 EUR per person/night).

House Rules:

• No smoking in interior areas
• No parties, drugs, or loud noise; quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 9 AM
