Discover the ultimate family getaway at Village by the Beach - Laguna Beach P915, a bright and inviting townhome designed for relaxation and fun on Padre Island. This comfortable beach cottage-style escape is perfect for families, friends, or small groups looking to enjoy sun, sand, and surf in Corpus Christi, Texas.

The townhome features a spacious layout with 2 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully distributed across two floors: the second floor hosts the primary bedroom with a King bed and the second bedroom with a full-over-full bunk bed, both featuring private walk-in showers. The first floor provides additional flexibility with a twin daybed and twin trundle in the hallway nook, as well as a full sleeper sofa in the living area, served by a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Designed for effortless connecting, the open-concept interior includes a living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen area with seating for nine and a 12-cup coffee maker. Guests can unwind on the private patio or the upstairs balcony, both offering partial views of the pool area. For added convenience, the home includes a washer and dryer and flat-screen TVs.

While the property itself is a haven, the community amenities elevate the experience. Guests have access to two heated saltwater pools featuring a waterfall, splash zone, and playful water buckets, along with loungers, tables, and Tiki huts. Children will love the pirate ship playground with swings and slides, while the community charcoal grills are perfect for outdoor cooking.

Located just a 10-minute walk from the beach, the townhome is ideally situated for those who love the outdoors. You are only 7 miles from Mustang Island State Park, 15 miles from the Padre Island National Seashore, and 20 miles from downtown Corpus Christi, with the USS Lexington and Texas State Aquarium just 26 miles away.
