This vintage motel room is designed for comfort and simplicity, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 king bed and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. The space is thoughtfully equipped with soft linens, clean towels, and a fully stocked mini setup that includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee station, and dishes. For your entertainment and comfort, the room features a Smart Roku TV in Guest Mode, allowing you to log into your own subscriptions, and brand new heating and cooling (PTAC) units to ensure a perfect temperature year-round.

As a guest, you will have access to your individual room, the front covered patio—ideal for a quiet morning coffee—and shared common areas, including the covered picnic area. While the property is simple and peaceful, you can expect the magic of the Black Hills, where deer and turkeys frequently roam the grounds.

Practical details include a fully contactless check-in process with a unique door code sent on your arrival day. Please note that there is no lobby on-site, and because this is a shared rental space with other cabins and rooms, you will encounter other guests. Due to the proximity to the highway, some traffic noise may be audible depending on the season.

Pet-friendly travelers are welcome! Up to 2 potty-trained dogs or cats are permitted for a one-time fee of $75. Pets must remain off the furniture, be leashed outdoors, and cannot be left unattended unless kenneled.
