Located in the Gulf-front Sugar Beach complex, this inviting second-floor retreat offers a relaxing stay just steps from the sugar-white sands and beautiful Gulf waters, with a view overlooking one of the resort’s outdoor pools.

This clean and cozy layout includes 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, designed to sleep 6 guests. The primary bedroom features a queen bed for a restful night, while the guest bedroom includes two twin beds—an ideal setup for children or additional guests. For extra flexibility, the living area provides a queen sleeper sofa along with two recliners for unwinding after a day in the sun. To ensure a high-quality stay, the condo participates in the Fresh Bed Program, providing freshly laundered coverlets with every new arrival for a lightweight and comfortable sleep experience in any season.

While the structured amenities list is currently limited, guests have access to the fantastic facilities of the Sugar Beach complex, which include:

• Three outdoor pools
• A dedicated children’s pool
• Tennis court
• Flat-screen TVs throughout the unit

Situated in a prime location, the condo is just one mile from the scenic Gulf State Park and within easy reach of local dining, shopping, and various family-friendly attractions. Please be aware that Sugar Beach is currently undergoing a 6-month concrete restoration and painting project.

To maintain the quality of the home, please adhere to the following practical information and rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• No smoking is permitted inside the unit or on the balcony
• Pets are not allowed
• Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated
• A signed rental agreement and a $300 refundable security deposit are required and processed by the host
