Nestled within the scenic Ponderosa Inn and Cabins, this retreat is tucked away in the trees just 100 yards off Highway 85, where you can enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and likely spot deer or turkeys roaming the grounds.

This inviting space is configured with 1 bedroom featuring a king bed and a queen bed, along with 1 bathroom, making it an ideal choice for couples or small families seeking both space and style. The interior boasts a charming birch tree accent wall and a large bathroom to ensure a comfortable stay.

While this is a rustic, older property that is simple and clean, it provides several modern comforts to enhance your visit:

• Smart Roku TV with Guest Mode for your own subscriptions
• Professionally maintained Wi-Fi
• Brand new heating and cooling PTAC units
• Mini fridge and microwave
• Hairdryer, fresh linens, fluffy towels, coffee, and dishware
• Private bistro set on the covered front patio

Guests have full access to their cabin and the front patio, as well as shared community spaces including the covered picnic area and the firepit. Because this is a shared rental space and hotel environment, you will encounter other guests on the property, and there is no central lobby.

Located in the heart of the Black Hills, the property offers a laid-back atmosphere perfect for resting between adventures. Please note that some highway noise may occur depending on traffic and the season.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a one-time $75 fee (up to 2 potty-trained dogs/cats; must be leashed outdoors and off furniture)
• Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Smoking: Only permitted in the designated area on the south side under the covered picnic area
• Parking: Free parking available near the unit
