Designed for two guests, the layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. The open-format living area offers comfortable luxury juxtaposed with industrial fixtures. A massive door allows gorgeous morning light to flood the interior and opens directly onto a private patio complete with chairs and a fire pit for stargazing. The lofted bedroom is accessed via industrial stairs and remains connected to the main living space through a thoughtful pass-through bookshelf. Here, you will find a custom bed with a plush queen mattress and luxury sheets, surrounded by vintage art and custom furniture.

While the unit boasts a meticulously designed kitchen capable of hosting professional pop-up cooking events, guests also enjoy expansive shared amenities including:

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out results in an additional night charge)
• Minimum booking age: 25
• Pets: One dog allowed per stay; cats are not permitted. A $120 pet cleaning fee applies (pets brought without payment are charged $250). Dogs must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture.
• Restrictions: No smoking of any kind ($350 fine), no parties or events without an agreement, and a location release is required for filming/photoshoots.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 10 AM per city ordinance.
