About Property

Discover the artistic spirit of West Texas at MOTEL, a thoughtful boutique hotel perfectly situated in the middle of town near major Marfa attractions. This original adobe renovation was spearheaded by craftsman Jantzen Matzdorff and designed by the renowned firm McCray & Co., resulting in a space that honors the original structure through the use of custom finishes and vintage elements.

Suite 2 is a light-bathed, 355-square-foot sanctuary ideal for two guests, where rustic elements blend seamlessly with a vibrant ambiance. The living area features a one-of-a-kind built-in sofa and carefully curated vintage furniture that establishes a unique atmosphere. You will find the eclectic decor adds significant character and style to the suite. Sleeping arrangements consist of one bedroom with a custom bed featuring a plush queen mattress and luxury sheets. The layout is completed by one full bathroom, thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

While there are no general amenities listed in the structured data, the suite includes a detailed kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, sink, toaster oven, French Press, and essential kitchenware. Guests enjoy access to shared property features, including a courtyard with a beautiful fountain, a dedicated al fresco dining area, and a large outdoor fireplace for unwinding under the stars. A custom BBQ grill is available for gathering, along with a shared sauna and cold plunge. For an extra touch of luxury, the "Oasis"—a private outdoor tub area with a vintage clawfoot tub—is reservable via QR code. High-speed internet and an EV charger are provided in the shared parking area.
