This original boutique hotel is the result of a multi-year project spearheaded by craftsman Jantzen Matzdorff and the renowned design firm McCray & Co., blending vintage and custom finishes while honoring the original structure's integrity.

Room 3 is an inviting 297-square-foot compact studio designed for two guests. This unique space features a fun touch of space-age and psychedelic elements that set it apart from other rooms. While well-lit throughout the day, the thick adobe walls provide a cool retreat from the sun. The layout includes one bedroom with a custom bed featuring a plush mattress and luxury sheets, and one thoughtfully stocked full bathroom. For those needing a workspace, a custom desk positioned by one of the large windows provides an inspiring spot to work remotely or write a novel. The studio also includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, sink, toaster oven, hot plate, and French Press.

Guests enjoy access to a shared courtyard featuring a beautiful fountain, a dedicated al fresco dining area, and a large outdoor fireplace for unwinding under the stars. Additional shared amenities include a custom BBQ grill, a sauna, and a cold plunge for a one-of-a-kind relaxation experience. The "Oasis," a private outdoor tub area with a vintage clawfoot tub, is available for reservation via QR code.

Located in the high desert of West Texas, the property is near major Marfa attractions. The town's vibrant arts scene and unique cultural charm are easily accessible, and the compact size of the town makes walking and biking convenient for exploration.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out will result in an additional night charge)
• Pets: One dog allowed per stay. Cats are not permitted. A $120 one-time cleaning fee applies; unauthorized pets will be charged $250. Dogs must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture.
• Age Requirement: Minimum booking age is 25; the guest must stay for the full duration.
• Restrictions: No smoking of any kind ($350 fine). Quiet hours are 10 PM to 10 AM. No parties or events without an agreement. Location release is required for filming or photoshoots.
• Maintenance: Guests are expected to pick up trash and return items to their original place to avoid additional cleaning fees.
