Room 4 is a curated 307-square-foot studio designed for two guests, offering a unique aesthetic that blends vintage elements with a vibrant ambiance. The layout features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom. Inside, guests will find a custom bed with a plush queen mattress and luxury sheets, an eclectic decor that adds character, and a vintage leather chair perfect for reading. The studio also includes a custom desk positioned by a large window, providing an ideal space for remote work or creative projects. A fully equipped kitchenette is available with a mini-fridge, sink, toaster oven, hot plate, and French Press, while the bathroom is thoughtfully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM (Late check-out may result in an additional night's charge)
• Minimum age to book: 25 years old
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited (up to $350 fine)
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 10 AM per city ordinance
• Parties and events are not permitted without an agreement; location release is required for filming/photoshoots
• Pets: Dogs are welcome (maximum one per stay), but cats are not permitted. A one-time pet cleaning fee of $120 applies. Dogs must be crated when unattended, kept off furniture, and never left outside unsupervised.
