• Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM
• Parking: One free spot in the secure underground parkade (6'9" clearance); limited visitor parking available
• Occupancy: Base occupancy is 4 adults; max occupancy is 6. The fifth and sixth adults are charged C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 stay free
• Note: This home does not have air conditioning; portable fans are provided in the living area and bedrooms. The property may not be accessible for guests with mobility issues.
