The layout is designed for large gatherings, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include 2 King bedrooms and 3 Queen bedrooms, all providing ample storage, natural light, cotton linens, and room-darkening shades. For larger groups, the home can accommodate up to 16 guests using bonus sleeping options: a queen sofa bed by the TV, a sunroom sofa, a basement sofa, and a king air mattress.

Entertainment is center stage in the dedicated game room, which features ping pong, foosball under a disco ball, a poker table, board games, and a 65-inch HDTV with major streaming apps. Culinary enthusiasts will love the Chef's Kitchen, equipped with GE stainless appliances and four coffee-making options: drip, espresso, Keurig, and pour-over.
