• Pool: Not heated and lights are currently out of service; usable during daytime only. Maintenance occurs every Monday morning.
• Jacuzzi: Non-heatable.
• Gardening: Work is performed around 10:00 AM on Wednesdays, twice per month.
• Trash: Collection day is every Friday.

Booking Details: A security deposit of $500 USD is required. While the home accommodates up to 10 guests, an extra guest fee of $50 per person, per night applies after 6 guests. Cancellation policies vary by platform; however, for direct website bookings, no refunds are provided within 30 days of check-in.
