OCCUPANTS. Only the number of guests stated in the reservation may stay or enter the apartment. Unauthorized extra guests may result in immediate termination of the stay.

QUIET HOURS. From 11 PM to 8 AM. Parties and social gatherings are not allowed inside the apartment. Fine of up to USD 300 for not respecting quiet hours.

SMOKING. Not allowed inside the apartment. Fine of up to USD 100.

GUEST ID. For security reasons, guests must send a copy of their ID (DNI, CE or passport) to the host before arrival.

KEYS. Lost key or remote control: USD 50 replacement charge.

PETS. Up to 2 pets are welcome. Please keep them on a leash in all common areas, clean up after them immediately, and never bring them into the pool, lagoon or gym. Any damage or issue caused by a pet is the guest's responsibility.

KITE CLUB — GYM, COWORKING, POOL & LAGOON. • The pool is open from 10 AM to 6 PM and has NO lifeguard supervision: guests swim at their own risk, and parents are fully responsible for supervising children at all times. • Swimming in or entering the saltwater lagoon is strictly forbidden. • Gym and coworking are available throughout your stay; please return equipment to its place after use. Use of all facilities is at the guest's own risk. • Any damage, loss or extra cleaning caused by the guest in the common areas or in the apartment is the guest's responsibility and will be charged accordingly.

CARE OF THE PROPERTY. • Keep the apartment clean and in good condition; damages and extra cleaning will be charged to the guest. • Dispose of all garbage before check-out. • Do not hang laundry on balconies or windows — please dry clothes inside the apartment. • The bamboo gate must be operated only with the remote control; never force it manually. Damage from misuse is charged to the guest.

LIABILITY. Guests use the apartment and all condominium facilities at their own risk and hold the host harmless against claims for personal injury or loss of personal property. The host's insurance does not cover guests' belongings.
